What does iMulk collect about me?
If you hold an account: the email address or phone number you registered with, the listings you create, the offers and messages you send, any documents you upload, and the searches you choose to save. If you are only browsing, see the visitor measurement section below — no account data is created for you.
Is my identity shared with the other party?
No. Buyers and sellers do not see each other's names or contact details. Offers, messages and viewing requests are relayed by the platform. Identity is disclosed only when both sides move to a signed transaction, and then only to the extent the paperwork and the attorney handling it require.
What is measured about visitors who are not signed in?
Page views, for audience reporting. Each view stores the page, the language it was read in, and a pseudonym derived from the visitor's network address and browser. The address itself is never stored, and the key behind the pseudonym is rebuilt every day, so a returning visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next. Where a link brought you from another site, only that site's hostname is kept — never the full address, which would carry whatever was typed into someone else's search box.
Does iMulk use cookies or advertising trackers?
There is no advertising and no third-party tracking. Your language, theme and session are kept in your own browser's storage so the site remembers them between visits; that data stays on your device.
What about the AI assistant?
The assistant is powered by a third-party language model. What it can see, what is sent to the provider and what is retained is set out separately on the assistant privacy page.
How long is my data kept?
Account and transaction records are retained while the account is open, and afterwards for as long as brokerage and tax obligations require. Records are marked deleted rather than erased immediately, so a transaction history stays intact for the other party and for the attorney of record. Administrative actions are written to an audit log.
Who inside iMulk can see my information?
Access is limited by role. A brokerage sees only its own listings, clients and messages. Platform staff see what their role requires in order to run reviews and support; reading personal data is a specific permission rather than a side effect of being an employee, and its use is logged.
How do I get a copy of my data, or have it removed?
Use the contact page. Some records must be retained where a completed transaction or a legal obligation requires it.
