About iMulk
iMulk is an anonymised land marketplace and brokerage for Erbil and Kurdistan-Iraq. Every plot is checked before it is published, and the whole transaction — offers, viewings, legal review and signing — happens in one place, without buyer and seller ever having to hand over their identity to each other.
What is iMulk?
iMulk is an anonymised land marketplace and brokerage operating in Erbil and across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It lists plots of land for sale, verifies each one before it is published, and carries the offer, negotiation, viewing and paperwork between the two sides without either party seeing the other's identity.
How does anonymised brokerage work?
Buyers and sellers never exchange names or phone numbers. Offers, messages and viewing requests all travel through the platform, which relays them between the parties. Identity is disclosed only at the point the two sides agree to proceed to a signed transaction, and only to the extent the paperwork requires.
How are listings verified?
A plot is submitted by its owner or their appointed agent, then reviewed by the platform team and, where ownership documents are involved, by a licensed attorney. Only after that review does it become publicly visible. A listing that is sold or withdrawn stops being shown and stops being offered in search results.
What does it cost to list land?
Listing a plot is handled through a brokerage agreement rather than an upfront fee, with commission agreed before a listing is published. Exact terms depend on the plot and the agreement in place, so they are set out during onboarding rather than quoted as a single number here.
Which areas does iMulk cover?
Erbil and the wider Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Listings carry their governorate, city and neighbourhood, and the search can be filtered by any of those alongside area, price and land type.
What languages does iMulk support?
Four: English, Arabic, Kurdish Sorani and Kurdish Badini. Three of the four are read right to left, and the interface, listings and assistant are all available in each.
Where iMulk operates
Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Listings across the region are searchable by governorate, city and neighbourhood.
